DMA: Direct Marketing Association, They are the nation’s premier Direct marketing firm, and Tele Resources, Inc ., is a long time member and on the teleservices board which specializes in outsource telemarketing as well as other telemarketing services.
ATA: American Teleservices Association: This is the group that represents all of the teleservices industry including the Telemarketing and outsourced outbound call center area. The ATA even used to be known as the American Telemarketing Association. Tele Resources, Inc., has been a long term participant in this group and is compliant with all of their telemarketing auditing requirement.
