To do this correctly, Tele Resources, Inc. subscribes to the CCH Telemarketing law guide which receives constant updates with every telemarketing regulation that is passed into law on both the state level as well as the federal level. In addition, Tele Resources, Inc. has an telemarketing onsite compliance officer in charge of ensuring each telemarketing program dialed by Tele Resources, Inc., follows all telemarketing federal and state regulations.
Tele Resources, Inc. also represents itself at all of the ATA and DMA telemarketing compliance seminars to ensure that all of the telemarketing efforts at Tele Resources, Inc. are monitored and updated. This also allows our compliance officer to stay current on any trends or potential changes in the telemarketing regulation process. These seminars are also part of the telemarketing self regulatory process where members work to make sure that they are responsible telemarketers in all areas of their business.
Finally, Tele Resources, Inc., uses a company called PossibleNow to ensure that they are following all telemarketing list scrubbing regulations. With this service Tele Resources, inc. will also work with the Copilevitz and Canter telemarketing legal team to address any addition telemarketing requirements.
