To do this we offer 2 different versions of client monitoring solutions that allow clients to listen to their telemarketing programs live while their programs are dialing.
Hosted Monitoring Solutions
With this solution clients can call in and listen to telemarketing agents live with a Quality Assurance team member or a telemarketing program supervisor. These calls are evaluated and discussed with our telemarketing team live on the phone. This process helps ensure that any issues are addressed immediately. Also, clients can discuss telemarketing strategies for dialing and agent improvement.
Silent Monitoring
This service allows telemarketing clients to listen to their program and thetelemarketing agents dialing it live without the knowledge of either the agents or Tele Resources, Inc. When using an outsourced telemarketing center, it I important to feel confident that the outsourcing partner you are using is making the right types of calls on their behalf. Tele Resources, Inc. offers this service to ensure clients they are using the right outsourced telemarketing service partner.
Sales Verification
As a company practice, Tele Resources, inc. verifies every telemarketing sale and lead generated before they are sent out to clients. This helps us to ensure that each sale made is not only accurate but quality. In addition, we verify each lead for accuracy and interest.
Verification Recordings
Every telemarketing recording is saved on file as practice for 3 years; however, Tele Resources, inc. will keep each recording for a client specific length of time. This is done so that telemarketing clients can trust that Tele Resources, Inc., is doing its best to ensure sales accuracy.
