Because Tele Resources, Inc., is committed to creating
a valuable sales design. We have implemented a program structured around the continual training of an employee, not only for productivity but also quality.

  1. From the beginning an agent is welcomed into the company with a training program geared for sales success.
  2. The agent is then trained on program specific material. This helps each of our agents grasp a full understanding of the product or service they are about to offer.
  3. Upon completion each agent enters into a program specific sales skills course. This course combines both skill sets and places them together in a mock call scenario, preparing each sales agent for successful dialing. These three phases of training are completed before an agent takes their first call.
Learning From Experienced Dialers

Each agent is assigned an experienced rep who will dial with that agent until they are ready to begin dialing without phone side assistance The new agent will learn techniques and skills from an already experienced dialer. This is a group of skills that cannot be trained, they must be witnessed and learned.

Incubator

Like anything in life a person needs to gain a little experience. We have set up an area on each of our programs where a new dialer learns how to not only reach expectations, but exceed them. Each dialer will spend a period of time in the incubator until they are ready to begin dialing on their own. In the incubator they will receive daily coaching until they have a well rounded skill set allowing them they ability to succeed.
Coach Trainer

The only way to properly succeed is to maintain a constantly improved set of skills. In order to maintain the skills that have been provided in training and in the incubator each sales agent is then broken in to teams. Each of our programs is broken into teams and each team is lead by a coach trainer. This process allows us to make sure every agent dialing on our programs receives some training time every day they are on the phone.
Teams

Each of our program has different teams each with a specific number of agents, making it easy for us   to have daily interactions with each of our sales representatives. By doing this we are able to give and receive a constant flow of feed back.
